Narelle Cowan
Narelle started her first property company in early 2022. Since then she has built a property portfolio worth £3.8m pounds and growing, won an award within the property space in the UK, sourced property investments for other investors, consulted other professional investors to grow their portfolios and run and managed multiple holiday let units.
Prior to property investing Narelle was temporarily a lorry driver, but predominantly dedicated her life to animal welfare across Spain and Panama. Funded by creating various smaller enterprises to follow her passion.

With a proven track record of delivering over seven figures in projects, I specialize in pre-construction planning and project management, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion. My expertise lies in streamlining processes, optimizing resources, and driving projects to success with efficiency and precision.

Liam is professional finance broker, based in London that has worked with us since the beginning. Liam has been an exponential addition to the team as he provides solutions to any problem when financing a project.

Manmeet Chawala
