For years, that's exactly what I did — behind the wheel of a lorry, grafting long hours to provide for my daughter Willow. But I always knew there had to be another way. I just hadn't found it yet.

I went from lorry driver to building a six-figure property portfolio through HMO developments, commercial-to-residential conversions and strategic BRR deals across Wales. Every single one built from scratch, with no inheritance, no safety net and no shortcuts.
Today
Today, Narelle Cowan Ltd is my vehicle for growth — working with serious investors and joint venture partners who want to be part of something real. Every deal is handled with complete transparency, every investor treated like a partner not just a number. And through Pocket Property, my education programme, I teach everyday working-class people the exact strategies I used — because I genuinely believe that where you start doesn't have to be where you finish.
